Graded FAIR 20 by SGC. Classic rookie card of New York Giants Hall of Famer Willie Mays, one of the most important and famous of all 1950s bubble-gum cards. In addition to being one of the two key cards of the 1951 Bowman set, Mays is part of the scarce high-number series of the set (#253-324). The card has a bright color, a crisp image, and even wear to the corners. Several scratches along the front and a few stains on the reverse contribute to the assigned grade.
