A total of seven different Hall of Fame players are represented here. The collection is comprised of the following: 1) 1950 Bowman #28 Bobby Thomson (SGC); 2) 1950 Bowman #79 Johnny Vander Meer (SGC); 3) 1952 Topps #20 Billy Loes (SGC); 4) 1952 Topps #215 Hank Bauer (SGC); 5) 1952 Topps #222 Hoot Evers (SGC); 6) 1952 Topps #302 Max Surkont (SGC); 7) 1953 Topps #76 Pee Wee Reese (SGC); 8) 1953 Topps #207 Whitey Ford (SGC); 9) 1953 Topps #210 Bob Cerv (SGC); 10) 1954 Topps #20 Warren Spahn (SGC); 11) 1955 Bowman #279 Hank Soar; 12) 1957 Topps #38 Nellie Fox; 13) 1957 Topps #62 Billy Martin; 14) 1957 Topps #215 Enos Slaughter; 15) 1958 Topps #115 Jim Bunning (SGC); 16) 1959 Topps #338 Sparky Anderson (SGC); 17) 1959 Topps #420 Rocco Colavito (SGC); and 18) 1959 Topps #505 Tony Kubek. All of the signatures, penned in a variety of inks, appear on the front of the card and range from "8" to "10," averaging "9." The cards displays general handling wear and average Vg-Ex, with the exception of the two 1950 Bowman cards (Fr-Gd), the Evers card (ink notations on reverse, otherwise Vg-Ex), and the Surkont card (small amount of surface paper loss on the front and reverse). Total: 18 signed cards. LOA from James Spence/JSA. Reserve $300. Estimate (open).
