Graded MINT 9 by BGS with a MINT 9 autograph grade. Exceptional high-grade rookie card of St. Louis Cardinals star Albert Pujols from the 2001 Bowman Chrome series, hand-numbered 454/500. Pujols is featured as a key rookie card in a number of different issues from 2001, but this card is universally considered to be Pujols' premier rookie card. With its sharp corners and virtually flawless edges, this is a superb card in every way! The signature is penned in blue fine-tip marker and is a little light, though we have seen varying degrees of boldness on other examples of this card.
