Graded NM 7 by PSA. This is the only example of this card graded, at any level, by PSA! Exceptional, ultra high-grade example of Roy Partlow from the 1950-1951 Toleteros issue, the third and final year in which the company issued cards in Puerto Rico during the Winter League season. Bright, crisp, and clean, with outstanding centering, four sharp corners, and bold colors. Clean reverse, which is virtually unheard of for cards from this issue, which are so often found with back damage from having once been glued in albums.
