Cracker Jack Classics and High-Grade Rookies Lead the Way in REA’s October Auction

Chester, NJ - October 20, 2025 - REA’s October Auction concluded on Sunday night with nearly 4,300 lots spanning sport and non-sport cards and collectibles up for grabs. Among the top sellers was a pair of Cracker Jack staples led by a 1915 E145 Cracker Jack #103 Joe Jackson BGS VG-EX+ 4.5 that sold for $73,800, a record for the card in this grade, and a 1914 E145 Cracker Jack #68 Honus Wagner SGC VG 3 that sold for $29,520. Other top sales included high-grade Hall of Famer rookie cards, notably a 1968 Topps #177 Nolan Ryan Rookie PSA MINT 9 that sold for $73,800 and a 1970-1971 Topps Basketball #123 Pete Maravich Rookie PSA MINT 9 that finished at $29,520.
Also finishing among the event’s top results was a 1921 E121 American Caramel (Series of 80) "Babe" Ruth PSA VG+ 3.5 that sold for $43,050 and a high-grade 1956 Topps #5 Ted Williams White Back PSA MINT 9 that sold for $36,900.
The auction generated in excess of $2 million in sales after nearly 99,000 bids. Some of the other notable results from REA’s penultimate event of the year included:
