Ronald Acuna Jr. is undoubtedly one of the biggest young superstars in baseball today. There is some question as to what the phenom's true rookie card, but the clear consensus is his 2017 Bowman Chrome Prospects Autographed. Released the year prior to Acuna Jr. making his Major League Debut for the Atlanta Braves, there are several limited edition variations to this card but the Orange Shimmer, produced in a print run of just 25 cards, is certainly one of the rarest and most desirable, Graded PRISTINE 10 by BGS, all four subgrades of centering, corners, edges, and surface are perfect 10's, which has earned this card the elusive and coveted Beckett "Black Label." According to their Population Report, this is the only example (out of 23) Beckett has assigned this prestigious grade. This flawless card features a smooth surface, vibrant orange borders, and clean reverse that bears the unique "05/25" limitation number. The 2018 National League Rookie of the Year has scripted his name in blue-ink across the front, which Beckett has graded GEM MINT 10. This is an extremely high-grade and desirable signed insert card of one of the top superstars in the game and it would make a worthy addition to any Ronald Acuna Jr., Atlanta Braves, or modern-card collection.
