1949 Bowman Jackie Robinson (card #50), beautifully signed by Robinson in blue ink atop his image. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the card and graded the signature NM-MT 8. Vintage signed cards of Jackie Robinson dating from his playing career are extremely rare. This is just the second signed 1949 Bowman Jackie Robinson card REA has ever offered (the first realized $24,000 in our Fall 2018 auction) and we have seen fewer than five other examples. The card displays corner wear and a few small blemishes on the front. In Good to Very Good condition overall. A very attractive signed example that would be among the highlights of any 1949 Bowman signed set or Hall of Fame collection. Reserve $500. Estimate (open).
