Graded VG 3 by PSA. Extremely attractive E120 American Caramel of Babe Ruth, the key card from this distinctive early 1920s caramel issue. Ruth is featured in full uniform holding a baseball in his right hand. This card boasts outstanding image clarity, moderate corner wear, and a boldly printed reverse. Creasing around the top right and bottom left corners factor into the assigned grade. While Babe Ruth cards have always held a special place with collectors, interest in early Ruth cards has seen a dramatic increase in recent years. This is a very attractive and rarely encountered example of key card Babe Ruth from this classic 1920s caramel set. This is the most comprehensive set of the era, issued during Ruth's third year with the Yankees.
