Graded NM 7 by PSA. This is the ONLY example graded at this level by PSA with none higher! Ticket stub issued for a game between the California Angels and New York Yankees on May 23, 1995, at Anaheim Stadium. Long before establishing himself as baseball's greatest closer, Mariano Rivera's Major League career began with an inauspicious debut as a starter. Rivera was tagged for eight hits and five runs before being lifted in the fourth inning as the Yankees fell to the Angels 10-0. Rivera made just nine more starts before transitioning full-time to the bullpen the following season and taking over as the Yankees' closer in 1997.
