Graded GEM MINT 10 by PSA. One of only three examples graded at this lofty level by PSA! Stunning example of Cincinnati Reds Hall of Famer Johnny Bench from the 1974 Topps "Deckle Edge" series. The 1974 Topps "Deckle Edge" set was a test issue that received very limited distribution only in the Massachusetts area. The offered card is bright, crisp, and clean, with bold image contrast, and no wear along the edges. The white back is clean. As a point of reference, REA offered a PSA 10 Bench "gray-back" variety in Summer 2024, realizing $8,700. This is a fantastic Hall of Famer example from this unusual 1970s Topps test issue.
