Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. Mid-grade example of this classic tobacco card of Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Tris Speaker, considered by many to be among the most attractive of all T206 images. This is a particularly important Hall of Fame card in the set, as this is the only T206 pose of Speaker, and it is his rookie card. This well-centered card has vibrant colors, outstanding registration, and honest corner wear. The Piedmont 350 advertising reverse which exhibits a bit of bleed/wet sheet transfer, also displays several faint pencil marks noted for accuracy.
