This important and highly desirable oversized hard-bound volume (15.5 x 11 inches) is profusely illustrated, featuring many of the game's early stars and important figures. The cover of the Collier book is particularly susceptible to wear. The cover of this example exhibits moderate wear. The cover is overall in Fair condition; the interior pages are Excellent, although there is a tear to the back flyleaf.
