Graded NM+ 7.5 by SGC. This is the only example of this front/back combination graded at this level by SGC with just two higher. Outstanding example of this classic tobacco card of Detroit Tigers Hall of Famer Ty Cobb from the T206 White Border series with an Old Mill back. The red-background pose has long been considered a classic Cobb card. The offered card has a brilliant red background, crisp image, strong corners, and excellent centering. The important Old Mill advertising reverse is boldly printed. This is a stunning scarce-back example of this classic Ty Cobb tobacco card, worthy of even the most advanced Ty Cobb, Hall of Fame, or T206-back collection.
