Colorful advertising broadside heralding the arrival of Abe Saperstein's fabulous Harlem Globetrotters, featuring Wilt "The Stilt" Chamberlain, at the Sports Arena in Toledo, Ohio, on Wednesday, March 11, 1959. The broadside, which advertises the Globetrotters as "Basketball's No. 1 Show," also notes that the Texas Cow Girls, a female version of the Globetrotters, would also appear on the card. Harlem Globetrotter advertisements featuring Chamberlain are rare because 1959 marked the only year he toured with the team full-time. This is a very attractive advertising broadside relating to Wilt Chamberlain's earliest days in professional basketball. The broadside (14 x 22 inches) is in Excellent condition.
