Rarely offered complete nine-card set of 1958-1959 Kahn’s Wieners basketball cards, highlighted by Hall of Famer Jack Twyman. The very scarce 1958-1959 Kahn's Wieners basketball set features nine members of the Cincinnati Royals. This is only the second complete set we have offered in the past twenty-one years! Each card has been graded and encapsulated by PSA. This set currently ranks first on the PSA Set Registry with an impressive overall GPA of 5.66. PSA Grading Composite: EX-MT 6 (5 cards): Bockhorn, Dees, Hatton, Piontek, and Twyman. EX+ 5.5 (1 card): Green. EX 5 (3 cards): Marshall, Palmer, and Par. One card was issued with each package of Kahn's meats. Because of the product with which they were packaged, heavy grease stains and creases are common with this issue, making it all the more difficult to assemble a high-grade set. This is a very attractive mid-grade complete set of this popular and attractive issue. Kahn's Wieners cards are far rarer than most 1950s basketball cards and are one of the few food issues of the era. Total: 9 cards.
