The 28-page program features twenty-six mostly blue ink signatures along the interior. Notable signatures include Neill Armstrong (p. 9), Jim Parmer (p. 9), Cliff Pat ton (p. 9), Greasy Neale (p. 11), Plato Andros (p. 18), Billy Dewell (p. 18), Loyd Arms (p. 18), Buster Ramsey (p. 20), Bob Dove, and John Badaczewski (p. 21). The signature of Lou Little (p. 3) failed JSA's authentication process. The program displays moderate handling wear.
