Presented is an extremely rare original unopened cello pack from the 1951 Topps Red Backs set featuring eight two-card panels, for a total of sixteen cards. Card numbers 33 William Werle and 51 Eddie Robinson are showing on top. The 1951 Red Backs set includes the following eight Hall of Famers: Berra, Rizzuto, Wynn, Kiner, Feller, Spahn, Snider, and Irvin. This is the first example of this 1951 Topps cello pack that we have ever offered! It is an incredibly rare, substantial, and historically significant unopened cello pack in extraordinary condition (a small tear on the upper-right corner noted for accuracy), looking as it did when it appeared on a candy-store rack in 1951, direct from the earliest days of Topps and the "golden era" of baseball cards. The pack comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material).
