Graded NM/MT 88 by SGC. Stunning high-grade example of Cleveland Indians Hall of Famer Satchel Paige from the 1949 Bowman bubble-gum card set. This example has deep colors, a crisp image, and strong corners. Boldly printed reverse. 1949 Bowmans in general are rarely found in such high grade, primarily because they so often have soft corners due to the paper stock on which they are printed. This is an outstanding high-grade example of one of the key cards in this set.
