Program and ticket stub from a September 12, 1963, game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies at the Polo Grounds. The Giants defeated the Mets 6-0 behind Juan Marichal's dominant complete game shutout. Marichal, who finished with 13 strikeouts, also belted his first career home run. The program (5.75 x 9.25 inches), which is neatly scored in pencil, displays a few ink notations along the front cover, including the date of the game, the teams playing, and the venue. Very Good to Excellent condition overall. The ticket stub (1.5 x 2.75 inches) has the score of the game written in pencil on the reverse. Good condition overall.
