Graded FAIR 1.5 by PSA. Very presentable example of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle's true rookie card. One of card collecting's classics, Mantle's Bowman rookie card is the key to the 1951 set and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. The offered card has beautiful colors, a strong image, and light corner wear. Boldly printed reverse. A pair of tape stains on the front (there are tape remnants and tiny spots of paper loss in the top left as well) factor into the assigned grade. An attractive low-grade example of one of Mantle's most desirable and significant cards.
