Graded MINT 9 by PSA. One of 10 examples graded at this level with none higher! Incredible ultra-high-grade example of Warren Spahn’s rookie card from the classic 1948 Bowman set. Spahn went on to win 363 games, but when this card was issued, he was at the very beginning of his spectacular career that included thirteen 20-game winning seasons and lasted well into the mid-1960s. Bright and crisp, with sharp corners, and impressive centering. Clean reverse with bold printing. A tremendous addition to any world-class 1948 Bowman set or Hall of Fame rookie-card collection.
