Presented is a very appealing 1952 Topps #311 Mickey Mantle. One of card collecting's classics, Mantle's Topps rookie card is the key to the set, one of the most famous of all cards, and the single most popular and valuable baseball card, having recently claimed the title at $12.6 million in MINT+ condition. The offered example, graded GOOD 2 by SGC, has characteristics one would expect to see in a slightly higher grade. It has bold colors, a crisp image, and light wear at the corners. Minor technical flaws include a few tiny surface abrasions above Mantle's cap, a small wrinkle along Mantle's shoulder, and a few patches of light staining on the reverse.
