Rarely offered complete set of 1933 Mrs. Sherlock’s Bread advertising pins featuring members of the Toledo Mud Hens of the American Association. There are 18 pins in the set (of which 13 are graded and encapsulated by PSA), each featuring a black-and-white portrait with the advertisement "Mrs. Sherlock's/Home Made Bread" printed in red lettering at the top. The player's name and position are printed below their image. PSA Grading Composite: NM-MT 8 (1 pin): Reis. EX-MT 6 (3 pins): Doljack, Montague, and Pearson. EX 5 (7 pins): Galatzer, Henline, Lawson, Scott, Turgeon, Twogood, and Winegarner. VG-EX 4 (2 pins): Lee and West. Unencapsulated Pins: Bachman (Nr/Mt), Detore (Ex-Mt), O'Neill (Nr/Mt), Sweeney (Nr/Mt), and Trosky (Ex). Great-looking set of this unusual pin issue. Diameter: 7/8 inches.
