Graded FAIR 1.5 by PSA. Modestly graded rookie card of New York Giants Hall of Famer Willie Mays, one of the most important and famous of all 1950s bubble-gum cards. In addition to being one of the two key cards of the 1951 Bowman set, Mays is part of the scarce high-number series of the set (#253-324). The card has bright colors and a crisp image of Mays. Downgraded due to scattered creasing, corner wear, and a patch of staining along the upper portion of the reverse.
