Graded FAIR 20 by SGC. Modestly graded rookie card of New York Giants Hall of Famer Willie Mays, one of the most important and famous of all 1950s bubble-gum cards. In addition to being one of the two key cards of the 1951 Bowman set, Mays is part of the scarce high-number series of the set (#253-324). The card has a crisp image and excellent centering. Condition issues include scattered creasing, a surface flaw along the top border, and a wax stain along the reverse.
