Complete set of the 20 cards (plus bonus All-Star game card) designed by artist Alex Pardee for the 2021 Topps Project 70 series. According to Topps, the series, which pays homage to 70 years of baseball cards, "pushes boundaries while paying homage to our heritage." A total of 53 artists/creators contributed cards to this 936-card series. Each artist/creator was empowered to put their unique spin on MLB players and Topps designs. Pardee's "Brightmares" style cards featured here are amongst the most popular in the series. With each card from the sets only available on Topps' website for 70 hours, many cards have limited print runs. This set features the following players: Mickey Mantle, Cal Ripken Jr., Rickey Henderson, Vladamir Guerro Jr., Mookie Betts, Ronald Acuna Jr., Mike Trout, Ke'Bryan Hayes, Willie Mays, Randy Johnson, Dennis Eckersley, Rollie Fingers, Pete Alonzo, Fernando Tatis Jr., Dave Parker, Ken Griffey Jr., Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge, Babe Ruth, Bryce Harper, and Teoscar Hernadez/Ronald Acuna Jr. All-Star game card. The set of cards is accompanied by an exclusive gold-stamped poster (18 x 24 inches) featuring all 20 cards. This poster could only be obtained when buying all 20 cards from a specific artist via the Topps website. The poster is in Mint condition overall. The card's original Topps envelopes are included as well. Total: 21 cards (plus original envelopes) and poster.
