On December 27, 1998, with no fanfare, Kurt Warner made his NFL debut, going 4-for-11 passing for 39 yards in the St. Louis Rams 38-19 loss to the San Francisco 49ers at 3Com Park. This is the first ticket stub we have ever offered from Warner's debut. Although 68,386 fans attended the game, the fact that this regular-season finale had no playoff implications for either team and nothing eventful happened meant that few fans had reason to save their tickets. Little did anyone realize that day that the undrafted 27-year-old rookie out of Northern Iowa who took over for the Rams in mop-up duty would go on to become of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time. Graded GOOD 2 by PSA, the ticket stub (1-1/4 x 3-3/4 inches) displays light-to-moderate creasing. Opening Bid $200.
