Original photo of Brooklyn Dodgers Hall of Famer Jackie Robinson, circa 1952. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. The photo captures Robinson at the plate after taking a mighty swing. A "Chicago Tribune" credit stamp appears on the reverse, as does Robinson's name and team, which is scripted in pencil. There is a newspaper clipping affixed to the reverse, along with a date stamp ("Jan 7-1952") and editorial notations. The photo (7-1/4 x 8-7/8 inches), which has been trimmed to its current dimensions, displays light creases and rippling. In Very Good condition overall. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Opening Bid $300.
