Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA (submitted by REA). Extremely attractive full panel featuring Mickey Mantle, Art Mahaffey, and Dick Stuart from the 1962 Bazooka set. This is an extremely impressive complete panel from this unusual, scarce, and underrated Bazooka Bubble Gum package-design set. Bazooka panels rarely receive numerical grades because they are hand-cut (issued one three-card panel per Bazooka gum box) and the cut must be precise and include the dotted lines to qualify, as seen on the offered example. This Mantle panel is undoubtedly the key panel to this series, and the offered example is superb. Bright and crisp with bold colors, strong corners, and a clean cut all around. The blank back is clean. A very attractive example of the key panel featuring Mickey Mantle from this popular 1960s package-design set. Opening Bid $300.
