Ticket stub issued for Game 2 of the 1921 World Series between the New York Yankees and New York Giants, held on October 6th at the Polo Grounds. Graded VG 3 by PSA (submitted by REA). The Yankees defeated the Giants 3-0 in Game 2, which was highlighted by Babe Ruth's two stolen bases. The Giants defeated the Yankees in eight games (the Series was best of nine in 1921). 1921 marked the first World Series in New York Yankees franchise history, making this a historically important ticket. The ticket stub (2-1/8 x 4-1/4 inches) has a small patch of paper loss along the top-right edge of the reverse. Opening Bid $200.
