Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. One of only seven examples graded at this level by PSA with none higher! High-grade example of Mickey Mantle, the key to the 1968 Topps "Action All-Stars Stickers" series. In 1968, Topps issued the "Action All-Star Stickers" test set on sixteen numbered vertical sticker panels, which were each composed of three 3.25 x 5.25-inch panels perforated at the joints for separation. Each three-panel strip features a large image of a star player in the center panel, with smaller pictures of three players on the top and bottom panels. The Mantle offered here is the central section from the larger #7 panel. Bright and clean with bold colors and centering slightly toward the top left. The blank reverse is clean. The 1968 Topps "Action All-Star Stickers" set is one of the scarcest, as well as most unusual, of all Topps test issues, and the offered card is an exceptional example of one of the premier Mickey Mantle Topps test issues of the era.
