Graded NM-MT+ 8.5 by GAI. High-grade example of Sandy Koufax's rookie card. The Koufax rookie (#123) is the second most valuable card in the 1955 Topps set, surpassed only by Roberto Clemente's rookie card in the high-number series. This example has bright colors, outstanding registration, strong corners, and centering slightly toward the bottom. In our opinion, this card has likely been trimmed along multiple edges, though someone else could have a different opinion. This is an attractive example of an extremely noteworthy modern classic. Opening Bid $500.
