Graded FAIR 1.5 by PSA. Very presentable example of one of the most popular of all Lou Gehrig cards and one of the classic 1930s bubble-gum cards. The offered card (#160) has bright colors, a crisp image, honest corner wear, and centering toward the right. The reverse of the card has bold green text. Downgraded due to an unobtrusive surface abrasion on the blue background and multiple wrinkles on the reverse. This is an ideal card for the collector who wants a pleasing original 1933 Goudey #92 Lou Gehrig but is not interested in spending the many additional thousands of dollars an example in a significantly higher grade might cost. Opening Bid $500.
