Presented is a near-complete set of T201 Mecca Double Folders consisting of forty-seven different cards (out of fifty in a set), all graded and encapsulated by PSA. Missing the following three cards for completion: Bridwell/Mathewson, Cobb/Crawford, and Johnson/Street (all offered as separate lots in this auction). This is an extremely attractive mid- to high-grade grade complete set of this classic tobacco issue. The condition of this near-complete set spans several grades, and most of the lesser-graded cards appear far superior than suggested by their technically accurate grades and have been downgraded due to only the minor flaws that are so common to the issue. The thin stock on which T201s are printed makes them especially susceptible to very light corner rounding and surface wrinkles. PSA Grading Composite: NM-MT 8 (1 card): Lobert/Moore.
