Collection of six Lucille Ball (2) and Desi Arnaz (4) personal checks signed, respectively, by Lucille Ball (1911-1989) and Desi Arnaz (1917-1986), the real-life husband and wife stars of the I Love Lucy show. The signatures are scripted in blue ballpoint pen. Four checks are dated from 1953 (two Lucille Ball and two Desi Arnaz), one from 1956 (Desi Arnaz), and one from 1960 (Desi Arnaz). One check has the names of both "Lucille Ball Arnaz" and "Des Arnaz," along with the address of their Hollywood office, printed along the top border. The remaining checks have just one name and their office address printed along the top border. The checks (8-1/2 x 3-1/8 inches and 8 x 3 inches) all display normal bank cancellation stamps and holes. Flaws included but not limited to are folds and creases.
