Original photo taken at the second heavyweight championship fight between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, held on January 28, 1974, at Madison Square Garden in New York. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. In what was the second of their three epic bouts, Ali avenged his earlier loss to Frazier in 1971 by scoring a unanimous decision. The win gave Ali the opportunity to challenge champion George Foreman later that year in the classic "Rumble in the Jungle" match. The photo (10 x 8 inches) has moderate creasing and three small edge tears (one is repaired with clear tape on the reverse. In Fair condition overall but with a much better appearance than its technical grade might suggest. Opening Bid $200.
