Philadelphia Phillies regular-season ticket stub issued for a doubleheader against the Brooklyn Dodgers on May 2, 1948, in which Duke Snider hit his first two career home runs (the first home run was inside the park) and first career triple. In addition to Snider having a historic day at the plate, Jackie Robinson hit his 13th career home run (first of his second-year in majors) and sixth career triple, which represents the first time he hit a triple and home run in the same game. Encapsulated as Authentic by PSA. This is one of only four examples ever graded by PSA (none of which are numerically graded). Tickets from milestone events by Hall of Fame players are highly prized by collectors, and this ticket is one of the scarcest relating to both Snider and Robinson's careers. The ticket (1-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches) has a number of moderate creases and paper residue affixed to the reverse. In Poor condition overall. Opening Bid $500.
