Presented is a pair of original 1971 Topps "Super" Baseball blank back uncut proof sheets representing a partial set of thirty-one different cards (out of sixty-three in a set), plus twelve duplicates. The proof sheets are highlighted by many Hall of Famers and stars including Lou Brock, Pete Rose, Tony Perez, and Ron Santo. Bright and clean, both front and back, with light wear on the surfaces, corners and edges, and a few light creases. A small scrape on the Claude Osteen card and a bit of paper loss behind the Reggie Smith card are noted for accuracy and have little or no impact on the sheets' impressive display value. These sheets would make an outstanding companion piece to a 1971 Topps "Super" baseball set or serve as an extraordinary addition to a high-quality baseball or uncut-sheet collection.
