In 1968, Topps issued the "Action All-Star" test sticker set. The sixteen numbered vertical sticker panels in the set are each composed of three 3.25 x 5.25-inch panels, perforated at the joints for separation. Each three-panel strip features a large image of a star player in the center panel, with smaller pictures of three players on the top and bottom panels. Offered is a complete set of sixteen three-panel strips of 1968 "Action All-Star" test stickers, completely intact. Condition is two Ex-Mt, seven Ex, four Vg-Ex, and three Vg. Keys: #5 Mays (Ex), 7 Mantle (Vg-Ex), 10 Aaron (Ex), and 12 Clemente (Vg). The panels have strong corners throughout, with a couple off-center and tiny wrinkles responsible for many downgrades. This is one of the scarcest, as well as most unusual, of all Topps test issues. Total: 16 three-panel strips. Opening Bid $1,000.
