Graded VG 3 by BVG. Mid-grade example of Hank Aaron's rookie card. One of card collecting's classics, Aaron's rookie card is the key to the 1954 Topps set and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. The card has bright colors and outstanding registration. Condition issues include light staining in the upper left and lower left sections, moderate corner wear, and light unobtrusive creasing. While this is a nice card, it is our opinion that the grade is a bit generous and that the card would not receive the same grade if assessed by PSA or SGC. Opening Bid $10.
