Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Very pleasing example of one of the four classic poses of Ty Cobb from the T206 White Borders series, with an Old Mill back. Old Mill is an uncommon back, certainly not in the same league as Drum or Uzit, but unusual and seen far less often the standard Piedmont or Sweet Caporal advertising backs. To date, PSA has only graded 10 examples of the Green Background Cobb featuring this back. The offered card has a bright green background, outstanding registration, rounded corners, and a light crease running from the left border through Cobb's collar. The important advertising reverse is boldly printed and mostly clean. This is an appealing example of one of Ty Cobb's most popular cards with a desirable Old Mill reverse. Opening Bid $10.
