Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Modestly graded example of the rare T206 Ray Demmitt card, St. Louis Browns variation. Polar Bear was the only company to issue this variation, no doubt contributing to its significant rarity. T206 cards issued with Polar Bear tobacco were not well protected from the accompanying product, and most Demmitts have significant condition problems, including at least some tobacco staining. This example has vibrant colors, outstanding registration, moderate corner wear, and centering slightly toward the left. The Polar Bear reverse is boldly printed. Downgraded due to scattered creasing and a few small spots of paper loss on the front. Opening Bid $10.
