Graded GOOD+ 35 by SGC. 1888 N172 Old Judge portrait example of Cap Anson. The offered card features a striking portrait of the nineteenth century's greatest star. This example has superb image quality (photo quality is often light on Anson Old Judges) and honest corner wear. The blank reverse has a few wrinkles and a patch of light discoloration. Technically mid-grade but with a far stronger appearance, this is an extremely impressive N172 Cap Anson, one of the most important cards in the Old Judge set and one of the nineteenth century's most desirable cards.
