Ticket stub and program from the November 19, 1978, game between New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles, commonly known as the "Miracle at the Meadowlands." Up 17-12 with less than 30 seconds remaining, all the Giants needed to do to secure victory was take a knee because the Eagles were out of timeouts. Instead, New York ran a play and flubbed the handoff, which was recovered for a 26-yard touchdown by Philadelphia's Herm Edwards. The Eagles went on to win 19-17, completing one of the most improbable comebacks in NFL history. 1) Ticket Stub. PSA has encapsulated and graded the stub VG-EX 4. The ticket stub (1-1/2x 2-3/4 inches) is issued for a “Mezzanine." 2) November 19, 1978, New York Giants game-day edition of Pro! magazine.
