Original photo of New York Yankees owner William Devery, taken by noted baseball photographer George Grantham Bain. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I George Grantham Bain photograph by PSA/DNA. This vintage photo, circa 1900s, captures Devery in the front row with a baseball in hand. Bain's credit stamp appears on the reverse, along with Devery's name written in pencil and few editorial notations. William Devery owned the Yankees (with Frank Farrell) from 1903 to 1915, when they sold the club to Jacob Ruppert and T. L. Huston. The photo (5 x 7 inches) has outstanding image quality and light creasing. In Very Good condition overall. Two full LOAs from PSA/DNA (a corresponding sticker is affixed to the reverse).
