Pair of ticket stubs (4 x 2.75 inches) issued for the 1936 World Series between the New York Yankees and New York Giants held at Yankee Stadium in New York. 1) Game 3. SGC has encapsulated the ticket and certified it as “Authentic.” The stub has a heavy crease and irregular tear along the bottom edge. Gd condition. 2) Game 4. Graded FR 1.5 by PSA. The stub has heavy creasing. Each of these games included a home run by Lou Gehrig, which were his career World Series home runs number 8 and 9 (out of a total of 10). The Yankees defeated the Giants 2-1 in Game 3 and 5-2 in Game 4. Total: 2 ticket stubs. Opening Bid $200.
