Outstanding collection of eight different cards from three scarce 1950s regional series. During the 1950s, it seemed like baseball cards were issued with virtually every type of product, from potato chips to hot dogs, even dog food! This collection includes cards from three of the rarest and most popular of all 1950s regional issues. The offered collection is generally modest in grade (common for cards from this issues). Each card is encapsulated as "Authentic" by SGC. This collection consists of the following: 1) 1953-1954 Briggs Meats (6 cards): Oldis, Porterfield, Runnels, Shea, Stobbs, and Terwilliger. 2) 1953 Hunter Wieners (1 card): Hemus (currently being reholdered to reflect the correct issue). 3) 1954 Esskay Hot Dogs (1 card): Mele (currently being reholdered to reflect the correct issue). These cards were intended to be cut by hand from the two-card panels, and as such, the neatness of the cuts on the offered cards varies greatly.
