Presented is an extremely rare 1976 Topps Football complete, original unopened rack pack box, one of the most elusive treasures of all 1970s Topps unopened-pack collecting. This is the first example we have ever offered! The box houses twenty-four packs with each pack containing forty-two cards, for a total of 1,008 cards. The 1976 Topps set features rookie cards of Hall of Famers Walter Payton, Randy White, Jack Lambert, and Robert Brazile, as well as numerous other stars and Hall of Famers, including Ed "Too Tall" Jones, Terry Bradshaw, Roger Staubach, Mercury Morris, Ron Jaworski, LC Greenwood Back, Lem Barney, Ron Yary, Harvey Martin (rookie), and Bubba Smith. While it is impossible to provide guarantees with reference to grading of unopened material, there is the real possibility that within this box are Gem Mint cards. The store display box is bright and bold, and has moderate shelf wear, including a split seam on the back panel and a small discoloration on the front panel (mentioned for accuracy). This box comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material). Within this box is the presence of fifteen packs (all pictured online) with Hall of Famers and stars showing, including Mel Blount, George Blanda, Ken Houston, Jackie Smith, Fred Biletnikoff, Bob Griese, O. J. Simpson, Charley Taylor, and Cliff Harris. An outstanding unopened box from this popular 1970s football set! Reserve $10,000.
