Graded VG/EX+ 4.5 by SGC (submitted by REA). Attractive mid-grade rookie card of Hall of Famer Lew Alcindor (aka Kareem Abdul-Jabbar) from the classic 1969-1970 Topps set. Bright, crisp, and clean with vibrant colors, a crisp image, and honest corner wear. Centered slightly toward the bottom right. Clean reverse. A small surface wrinkle on the right edge factors into the assigned grade. Jabbar is universally recognized as one of the greatest players in NBA history. Holder of numerous career records, he was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1995. The following year he was selected as one of the NBA’s 50 Greatest Players by a panel of experts. A pleasing example of one of basketball-card collecting's most iconic cards. Reserve $300.
