Chicago Cubs ticket stub issued for the game in which Ernie Banks hit his 500th home run. PSA has encapsulated the ticket and certified it as "Authentic." Banks’ historic blast, a solo shot, occurred in the second inning of a game against the Atlanta Braves at Wrigley Field and came at the expense of Pat Jarvis. At the time, Banks was one of only nine players to reach that lofty mark. The offered stub (2 x 2 inches), which is a $1 “Senior Citizen” ticket, is dated stamped “May 12, 1970” on the front. It displays light creasing throughout. In Very Good condition overall. Only 5,264 fans attended this game, which has resulted in the ticket's scarcity today.
